Calender for P.T.F.E. products

Machine for laminar with overlapped rollers, powered by a speed controlled asynchronous motor. Hardened and ground rolls with inserted thermoregulated resistors. The structure is completely closed off by mechanical protections with safety switches.
The adjustment of the rollers is manual and by comparators the operator can check their movement of opening and closing.
The rollers are also equipped with forced lubrication points for the bearings. The vertical opening of the roller is obtained from preloaded cup springs.
The drive is in a pulpit cabinet with a control panel.
