Vertical/horizontal extruders for P.T.F.E.

The extruder is vertical type or horizontal type and receives the compressed carrot by the preform machine. The drawing is done with the use of hydraulic cylinder.
The press is equipped with movable plane sliding on hardened columns with scraper seals. The plunger of pressed is mobile and can slide on orthogonal guides to facilitate the loading of the carrots of the preform. The extrusion pipe is in nitrided steel.
The control plant is mounted on the machine.
